The 2018 Pinot Noir was hand-picked on 10/1 at 19 Brix with a pH of 3.37. This was the first harvest off of these 3 year old vines. The fruit was very lightly pressed with a pneumatic press and was float cleared immediately after. The juice was inoculated with VIN13 and the fermentation lasted 5 days.
Delicately salmon in color, this rosé is the perfect addition to early summer picnics and porch sits. The nose is equally dainty and has soft notes of strawberry and toasted bread. The palate is fruit forward with a creamy finish.
